David Bakhtiari is an American professional football player. He is an offensive tackle for the Green Bay Packers. He is the son of Karl Eric Bakhtiari.

David’s paternal grandfather was Afrasiab Assad Bakhtiari (whose mother’s maiden name was Zafar). Afrasiab was of Iranian origin.

David’s paternal grandmother was Mildred Elaine Stoneson (the daughter of Ellis Stoneson and Bertha Kristbjorg Thordarson/Thordeson). Mildred was of Icelandic descent. Ellis was the son of Þorsteinn Þórsteinsson/Stone Stoneson and Ingibjörg Einarsdóttir.
