“Costa Rica did not disappoint,” Kailyn, 27, captioned this ~romantic~ snapshot of the pair, along with a heart-eyed emoji on Thursday, May 2.

Shortly thereafter, Leah, 27, also took to social media to share a photo of the possible lovebirds. “Had to show my girl how we do it back home in Costa Rica,” the reality star wrote.

Unsurprisingly, there’s definitely a mixed bag of fan reactions regarding Kailyn and Leah’s flirtationship. Basically, for every person who’s happy for them … there’s a handful of trolls who aren’t.

As it stands, neither Kailyn nor Leah has commented on the rumors. That’s right, ladies and gentlemen, we haven’t even seen a single clapback from the mamas.

To be fair, though, Leah and Kailyn have always been one of the tightest pairs in the Teen Mom franchise.

Considering both Leah and Kailyn have three kiddos — Kailyn is mother to Isaac, 9, Lincoln, 5, and Lux, 20 months, and Leah is mother to 9-year-olds twins, Aliannah and Aleeah, and 6-year-old Adalynn — it’s not surprising to see that they have a very special bond.

Beyond that, both of the ladies have definitely had their fair share of guy drama over the years. Kailyn has had three messy breakups during her time on TV and Leah has gone through two divorces.
