I vary between a size 8, at my thinnest, thinnest, thinnest, thinnest. I say that first, because it makes me feel better. And a 14. I'm big at the moment. I am, yeah. I am unhappily fat. Ironically, I'm bigger because I'm happy. With my life. When I'm happy, I eat, and I let myself go, I suppose.

But I'm not happy with my weight. I went on the scales last week for probably the first time in two years, because I thought, "Well, I'd better just check to see if I am right. That I am well overweight". And indeed I am. I'm 10st 7lb. I'm 5ft 8in.

I'd like to think it was possible to be fat and happy, but I couldn't be. Having said that, when I've gone down to 8st 7lbs, as I have done many times in my life, it's always been when I am desperately unhappy.
