Justin Bieber has got his hands full!
The singer revealed on Instagram Thursday that he welcomed a new puppy named Philip (nicknamed Phil) into his family.

The black lab (who's so precious it hurts) joins the 21-year-old's other dog, Esther, and the pop star posted a super sweet video of the duo interacting.
The addition of the pup comes a little over a year after the "What Do You Mean?" hitmaker lost his beloved canine Sammy.
That dog meant so much to Justin, in fact, that he once mentioned his name in a commercial promoting pet adoption.

"We moved to a city where we didn't really know anybody, so I kinda wanted a friend around and Sam was kinda like that friend," the Grammy nominee said in a 2009 Peta2 ad.
